Much of my career with Toys"R"Us was devoted leading the creative on many of the company's holiday campaigns. With managing such large projects, I was able to broaden my skills by working with cross-functional teams including the marketing teams, merchants, production teams, photo studio, as well as leading a small team of creatives.
